holiday memories

Here are a few senryu from the first week of "simply senryu" in late November 2005:

first Sunday
after Thanksgiving --
only the dog wants turkey

and,

home for Christmas -
three old bladders
and one bathroom


married a decade
she hides
the mistletoe
